Lyda is a contemporary artist whose work captures the essence of place, memory, and everyday life. Originally from West Palm Beach, Florida, she graduated from the University of Georgia’s Lamar Dodd School of Art in 2021. After spending two years in Charleston, South Carolina, she recently moved to New York City to continue her art career.

From the lush tropical landscapes of her hometown to the architectural history and cultural richness of Charleston & Europe to the urban energy of New York, Lyda’s surroundings deeply inspire her work. Blending elements of realism and abstraction, Lyda creates work that feels intimate and timeless.
